Customer Service Representative/Territory Manager
A C3 CSR/Territory Manager’s main responsibilities are managing the retailer account base, independent sales rep force and general consumer business in his/her territory. He/she will work closely with sales reps, shop owners/managers to ensure the smooth operation of C3’s business within our client group to enforce the strength of our brands at retail with a focus on sell through. This position is much more involved in other aspects of the business than data entry, answering phones/emails and supporting our Sales Rep Force. It includes involvement in product development, sales and business development, tradeshow facilitation and participation, as well as some travel to participate in Industry, sanctioned On-Snow demos as well as regional tradeshows.
The qualities that you will possess are keen attention to detail, willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, team player, hard worker, focus on handling daily responsibilities promptly and efficiently, general (intimate) knowledge of snowboarding products and how they relate to the consumer. Emphasis on consumer satisfaction, consumer/brand relationships and efficient management of your retail account base.
