CAPiTA Snowboards, Union Bindings, and Coal Headwear.
Our goal is to make sure you have the best experience possible.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your order, and we offer multiple carrier options with various delivery times. We currently offer shipping to the U.S. only on snowboards and bindings. We ship from Seattle, Washington and shipment times may vary based on your location. We cannot guarantee any shipping times, delivery is based on carriers and may be delayed. We generally ship Monday - Friday and do not ship out on federal holidays. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
USPS First Class: Generally ships in 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority: Generally ships in 3 business days.
Fedex Ground: Generally ships in 3-7 business days.
Fedex Express Saver: Generally ships in 3 business days.
Canada Shipping: We offer express shipping to Canada for an additional $20 USD. All prices in checkout are in USD. We do not cover additional duties and taxes. We currently only offer shipping on clothing and accessories to Canada. We cannot accept returns from Canada at this time.
We accept returns from U.S. residents as long as the items are unused with original tags and packaging, within 30 days of purchase.
Please use our provided shipping return label, let us know if you didn't receive it - make sure to check your spam and junk folders.
Please ship your items in the original external packaging if possible, and if that's not available, try to find similar packaging. Please refrain from shipping bindings without another outside box, as the binding box becomes damaged and unsellable.
Once we receive your items, we'll refund the amount of the items, minus a flat return shipping fee onto the original form of payment. Our return shipping fee is $3 for clothing and accessories, $7 for bindings, and $12 for boards.
Please allow some time for processing of the refund back onto your card, it can take up to a few business days to process.
Exchanges: We process an exchange similarly to a return, and you’ll have to purchase your preferred item separately. We will refund you as soon as we receive your item back. To avoid the item selling out, you may want to order right away if you prefer. If you purchase the same item we won’t charge you any return shipping fee, and will refund any shipping charges on your new order.
Product discounts are offered to industry professionals who are employed by a CAPiTA, Union, and/or Coal partner. Membership is by application, is not guaranteed, and can be revoked at any time.
As an industry partner, we hope our program helps you to get out into the snow and great outdoors, and that you’ll help spread appreciation for our products. We also look to our industry partners to review purchased gear on our website so that we can continue to evolve and develop better products based on real-life feedback.
Our Proform program runs September to February, and members must reapply every season.

- A pay stub within the last 30 days indicating year-round employment (please black out all sensitive personal information). Be sure your employer name is legible as well as the pay date.
